Specifically, Galina Airport Restaurant, opposite Gate 2 - Domestic Terminal (Exit to Dat Moi Bus Stop) is capable of serving up to 200 guests with a diverse menu in the garden and air-conditioned room. Mr. Le Xuan Thom, General Director of Hai Dang Co., Ltd, said: “Before the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, many businesses invested a lot of money without proper calculations for creating a balance in services. The pandemic was also the "trigger" that made this imbalance even more evident. A typical example of this matter was excessive accommodation facilities, leading to lower prices, which meant that service quality would decline as a result and distrust customers and they would eventually lose the market". Being soon aware of this, Hai Dang tried to create a balance in operations. Hence, despite a lot of difficulties and challenges, the company achieved 86% of the sales target for all categories in just the first six months of 2024. Following this success, the company will continue to implement the upcoming business plan, including the participation in B2B agencies to approach and develop the Indian and Taiwanese customer markets to renew its current customer markets. At the same time, the company will upgrade service quality and launch many after-sales activities for regular returning guests.
Currently, the company continues to coordinate with leading foreign experts in accommodation and healthcare. Thom and his staff are nurturing a plan to launch products of natural origin to the market, typically a lineup of mineral water products blended with herbal essences, good for consumers' health.
Ensuring sustainable development
To uplift Khanh Hoa tourism and become a world-class tourism center, the provincial government needs to care, orient and advise investors; and gradually reform procedures to facilitate businesses to easily access capital sources, he said. Businesses themselves must always raise awareness, find right directions to ensure sustainable and effective development, and carry out controlled not scattered investment.
Sharing more about the "night economy", Thom also hoped that Khanh Hoa province will have development plans for night economy, thereby boosting positive effects and minimizing negative impacts from night business development.
